General situation
A westerly upper-level flow, together with partly humid air masses, will determine the weather conditions.
Initially, it will be overcast. Around midday, the clouds will break up in the west and the sun will come out. In the eastern parts of the region, the clouds will remain more persistent.
After early values between -6° and -1°, temperatures will rise to between 2° and 7°.
